Authentic Buffalo nickels—also known as Indian Head nickels—were minted from 1913 to 1938 and feature one of the most distinctive designs in American coinage. We hand-select each genuine coin, then pair it with warm brass and a touch of turquoise for a relaxed mixed-metal combination.

Suspended from soft, supple deerskin and available in your choice of black or brown, it has that wonderfully collected, slightly Western character we love. Choose a 16″ or 18″ length for an easy everyday piece with just enough color and personality to stand out without trying too hard.

Because we use genuine circulated coins and natural materials, dates, markings, patina, turquoise, and leather will vary. Those little differences are part of what make each necklace uniquely its own.
