- All sales come with 30-day warranty.
- Buyer is responsible for all return and exchange shipping costs.
- All defective products will be replaced within the appropriate warranty period.
- Any item you are not completely satisfied with may be returned for a like item of equal value.
- Return Authorization (RA) numbers are only required wholesale customers.
- Please note, Insurance, Shipping and Handling Fees are Non-Refundable.

Refunds or exchanges
- As wholesale orders are hand-crafted per order there are no cash refunds allowed.
- Exchanges of items purchased by wholesale customers are only allowed if the item received is damaged or not the item ordered.
- All wholesale customer exchanges require a Return Authorization (RA) number. Please call for that number prior to returning items.
- Wholesale Customer RA’s must be requested within 7 days of the Received Date (RD). Thereafter, all sales are final.
- All items must be returned in “as new” condition and have all accessories.
- International sales are FINAL – no exchanges or returns allowed
Please provide the following information in order for us to process your return. If the information is not included with your return, it will not be processed.
- Return Authorization (RA#), please include this along with the return merchandise. (also put RA# on outside of package)
- Name, address and daytime contact number.
- Valid Email address.
- Your reason for returning the merchandise.
Please only use carrier service with a tracking number. UPS, DHL, FedEx, and USPS with delivery confirmation, etc. We are not responsible for any returns not received and failure to provide us with a valid tracking number.
